  • Love video. Have some questions though:

    what do you pour on herbs;

    how long you marinade them it that liquid;

    at the end- does it change color from transparent with time and how long time;

    what's the difference between water pouring on sugar bit and setting sugar on fire?

    -What we pour on the herbs is vodka, we used it to speed up the process because we had no time to get alcohol out of the process of attenuation. So when could focus more on the herbs we put in there.

    -We marinaded it for I think 6/7 weeks, and stirred the mixture everyday. After the destillation procces when we put the herbs in it marinaded for 4 days.

    -The colorchange was reconizeble a hour after we put the herbs in.

    -By both methods the aroma's and bouquet becomes reconizeble.

    But the sugar also addes some sweedness to it and it really becomes nice to drink
