  • Stop outsourcing jobs overseas! Millions of US citizens need those jobs, un-employment in the US is high, bring back those jobs into the US! Stop shipping jobs overseas!

  • It is not poor customer service. Indians DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH! They don't understand what we say and they only reply random things that have nothing to do with our queries. And when they don't understand a word, they put the phone on mute hopping that WE will give up and hang up the phone. The problem are the greedy companies that hire them!!!!   • How is this a problem with the tech support? Sounds like just a dumb caller. There has been a problem with callers being able to understand heavy accents, but very few with techies not being knowledgable.

  • No when someone pays good money for a product and it breaks within the year i expect to talk to someone i understand just like requiring kids in some states to learn Spanish or Latin if i remember right i LIVE in AMERICA not a foreign country so i expect someone who can speak ENGLISH and this is as close to real a reenactment can get every time i call i revieve no help from thee guys just a hassle of them repeating everything i say and in the end i get nowhere.

  • First problem: you are pissed off b/c the crappy product broke within the yr---no matter who comes to the phone, you will find an excuse to pick on them...ok, to you, they are the voice of the company and you are in a bad mood.

    Asking people to go to their computer desktop and having to listen to them telling me they do not have a desktop.

    They call a specific website helpdesk while they are actually in a totally different website and they expect you to be websites wizard and to know every single website on the net.

  • I lost my job because of outsourcing. All of the clients we had but ONE went overseas to India. I can't tell you how many times my callers thanked me for being American. I feel bad for the people of India that don't have as much as we do generally, but still... they took my freaking job.

I don't know how many times I have gotten people from India, and they don't listen to a darn word you say, they just keep going talking and saying the same thing over as if they didn't even hear you. I think sometimes they do it on purpose, just to see how much they can aggravate you, because they know you need there help... laughing.. I love this video. Thanks for posting.   • Rod, 1st don't use all caps, and 2nd, the % of Muslims in India is unclear-- could be just 12-15%, could be 20-25%. In the UK, at least 30% of Indian migrants are Muslims though this could be a skew, but don't be sure of your figures.

  • I just took the message and threw it away. Thank God where I work they want Americans answering the phones! The bad part is, we don't get paid much since outsourcing is an option. I understand that the people of India need jobs too, but when I started studying computers a few years ago I could have made about $15 - $20/hour doing what I do now, yet since outsourcing has become popular, I only get $8.50/hour and I'm certified.
