You made a kazoo, not a harmonica.

The holes in a harmonica let your breath go over the metal reeds inside- the holes are not 'reeds'.

You say 'people with no musical training/ ability could play it' -do you mean all the notes of a major scale are laid out for you, so people can experiment until they find how to play tunes.

Visually- it looks odd that you are behind a screen. Otherwise, a nice vid.

That is not building a harmonica, that is building your own kazoo. The important parts of a harp (chambers/ tuned reeds) are missing. The history stuff is cool, and the bit by your grandmother is well done, but the harmonica itself is a bit disappointing.
