I don;t understand this I've triend to get it but do I have to get a data plan? I f I do is there anyway to get this totally free or for it to only cost minutes

The phone shown here from "3" in the UK comes with a free internet connection. Usually you have to pay an extra monthly fee for internet access depending on where you live.
