Ok try this. U know like when you were a kid hanging on to stuff and maybe leaning on a chair then try to kinda jump with your feet in the air but hold on to the chair still? That's basically it. Just find something small to use first like a low bench. I suggest doing some stretching before hand. Same as a monkey ,but u jump first into pushing with your hands then back on your feet. It's not as hard as it seems. Just try maybe a SMALL bench first.
Forrest REALLY knows his stuff. I'd reccomend anyone in the London area who has the chance to train with him at least once to do so. I believe parkourcoaching dot com is the place to look.

hold on.. forrest is one of the founders of parkour generations; therefore why does the video have the urban freeflow glyph in the top right corner?

There's a Urban Freeflow glyph because before he founded Parkour Generations, he was part of UF.
