Well it's not the first time this has problem has occurred, I remember a guy walking out of a Best Buy in California and the game still had the security case. Now when I go to that Best Buy some of the games don't have the case, and every copy of GTA IV I see there don't have the case.

I worked at a bookstore that sold DVD's and games in cases like that. Their Achilles heel is inserting a long object(I recommend taking apart a pen and using the ink filled tube-should be right thickness) inserting it into the end with the holes-duh, and sliding the end vertically.
