  • Our average turn around time right now due to the demand we have for our product was 4 weeks before it ships. On the front page of the website it states. Shipping turn around time on surplus will take 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS up to 4 weeks before your packs are shipped. Also its stated in the listing and on multiple videos. Sorrry if you missed that info Puput, You are welcome to ship them back for a refund minus the shipping if you feel you didnt get your moneys worth on the packs
