Well, yes, but if you took away the hair on Olette and changed her eye colour, she would look like Naminé. I do see the resemblance, but I'm not sure since a few of the other characters have identical faces to each other anyway.

Xion was created out of the memories created from Sora; She wasn't the left over body of a person who died. So, she's not a nobody. Which is why it stayed as organization 13 and not 14 when she joined, since she didn't count.
