As for everyone being a critic.. I don't agree with the notion of gangs being part of our roots, but it's been a part of modern maori culture since it began in the 60's, stop trying to act like our sht dnt stink.. just because you choose to ignore the problem doesn't mean it's going to go away! As I've stated in a lost comment, everywhere else in Polynesia we showed our true warrior prowess when it mattered most. Not by fighting amongst eachother but, by fighting the British & Europeans during colonial times. This is evident in the warrior lands of SAMOA, TAHITI and AOTEAROA! If only me Hawaiian people were run by The Great warrior King, Kamehameha we ( Polynesians ) would still have here. I guess that's what happens when a woman holds power...NOTHING.
