The compressor has been completely rebuilt in the last few years, hence the gold cover on it, and is looked after from afar by Bernie Watts among others. One reason may be our CMO is blowing down the air tanks, as he does at every station stop to reduce particulate in the air system, hence the increased compressor strokes.
