this doesn't make a lot of sense. what can I learn from animals? no squirrel ever taught me math. My only animal friend is my dog, but other than that I don't have many friends that are animals. Not like these kids.

@thegirlwhosapearl just because a squirrel cannot teach you math, it doesn't mean that you can't learn anything from animals. statistics and mathematics aren't the only things to be learned in this world.

Um, one, I live on earth OF COURSE, I see wild animals everyday. Maybe not exotic ones, but deer, racoons, squirrels, birds, are considered wild too... I mean, pretty much anywhere you go you see wild animals...

It's not the song itself that gives the wrong idea, but in the video, those kids are HUGGING wild animals. Kids need to "be nice" to animals, but they also need to leave wild animals alone, because it could also be dangerous for the kid. And for a four or five year old watching this, they may not realize that this song over exaggerates the extent to which you should "be nice" to them. The nicest thing to do when it comes to wild animals, is let them be.
