I gotta say, I got the Jango Fett "Deluxe" costume with the tiny velcro tabs that were supposed to hold about 5 lbs of rubber onto your body and the CRAP 2-part helmet that cracked in the post and wouldn't stay steady on my head without a woolly hat! All's I can say is - CUSTOMIZE! I'm not a skilled dressmaker, but I sewed a zipper up the back, added my own velcro to the belt and elastic straps into the elbows, wrists, knees and ankles. Add a better helmet and now the costume is THE SHIZNIT!

You should check out and maybe order from there, they are a good internet site and everything is good quality, the real stormtrooper outfits are available but will set you back about $1500 ... cheers mate

@lingojac yes,in around that [if you want to be screen accurate] and also remember that the storm troopers from anh are different,ever so slightly from the esb,who in turn,are also different from the rotj....also sand troopers are differnt to stormtroopers so if you are getting one please do your pockets a favor and do plenty of reserch first,maybe join one of the better star wars costume clubs and ask their advice,trust me on this

I developed a huge desire to have a Stormtrooper costume, 27 and I have never actually had a fancy dress costume of any kind. So I figured if im gonna start, im gonna do it proper, so I am flying off to London next month to get a top notch storm professionally tailored to my body specifications. Its taken a long time to save for it as my job isn't particularly well payed but at least I'll have something I can wear and display with pride and satisfaction.

Hi there! I bought this costume a week ago and I have to say that ur right with this being cheap crap. Mine is a bit different (thigh and arm parts look ok now without surface relief on it, helmet is ok, too). This is a cheap alternative to real armors! nothing for cons and the like, but after i had put some work in it, it will be really ok for next weeks halloween-party. and this is what this fancy-dress suit is intended for! if you want to have the real thing, you spend twenty times the money.

Hey guys, the costume is not that bad. For the price spent, its actually quite good for parties and muck up days at school.

Its not like the one thousand dollar suit where u would freak out wearing it to a party, iv drank and slept in my 'deluxe' costume.

only problem for me was the helmet. had to apply my own elastic to hold it there

I got this for halloween, i'm trying my best to make it look good, safety pins all over the place! managed to pull the shoulder pads up so they ain't half way down my arm, glued the helmet further in so its tighter on my head and looks more like the picture and i'm at the stage now of making a sandtrooper backpack (to hide the crappy white back) and adding a orange shoulder piece of fabric, it's still gonna look like a bag of dicks though.

In my opinion the biggest problem with this suit is the back.

You can get a better helmet,but the back is really suck :(

Awesome, you were a terrific help! I was thinking of ordering this tonight for this year's Halloween, but fuck that noise...I was originally skeptic about the EVA material and the lack of other images provided on these costume sites. What a real letdown that backside is! I weigh just as much as you, but am 4 inches taller. There's no way that "normal" size would have fit me.

I returned the Stormtooper costume and other accessories and got a Batman Outfit instead. That one was killer!

The thing about Stormtrooper was it did not describe the back at all so there was no advertisement- which is why I made this vid so hopefully no one will make the same mistake. Stormtrooper Deluxe is a good costume IF you are willing to put some work into it.
