he hold their attention by asking them questions, he has alot of energy, he suprises people with the stick rule! And he makes jokes(with the big stik). HAving respect is a big impact. He earns their respect by beint nice to stupid answers.. Wow.. and the line do what you say you will do!! holds my attention for sure and makes a great point. And yes.. talk softly and cary the big stick :) If noone likes you you better have some respect! :)
