I did a simply math. 180km = 180000m

1 hour = 3600 sec. 180000m/3600s = 50m/s

So every second, the trip meter should jump 0.05 therefore every 2 sec should be 0.1km. This video is real I suppose.

you can hear the engine roaring(smoothly) and u can hear the wind collision on the car with the windows closed. You can ever hear the sound of the tyres rubbing against the road if your keen enough.

Your Swift 1.3's real speed is 178.88km/h, by multiplying 5.2 to 34.4km/h per 1000rpm. So your meter error is rather high, since 195km/h indicated equals 178.88km/h.

By the way, my Toyota Yaris 1.3 made in 2004 once recorded 184.75km/h, with speedometer indicating just 179km/h!!

Problem is that all Suzuki speedometers show false figures. And even with these false figures (showing more speed and more distance) if you look at the fuel consumption its ridiculously high. I have also metered it with other cars, gps and traffic radars the difference is about 8-10% (speedometer to actual).

Probably you had smaller tyres, if you bought winter tyres. When the tyre is smaller, the wheel rotate faster, than the normal size. But if you had the general tyres, I donno the problem...

Yes, it hits the rev limiter of 6800 rpm @ 145 km/h (in 3rd gear). It's a 5-speed-long-geared-manual. Stock version's fuel consumption in town is around 7 litres. ;)

Ok, guys maybe it has the most powerfull engine on 1.3l, it would be quite fast but Swift does not make use of its horsepower because these suzuki guys put on THE CRAPPIEST GEARBOX THEY COULD MAKE! It cannot accelarate well while moving, espesially under 3,500 rpm. I dont try to make swift look bad, besides i own one, thats the only con it has but it gets on my nerves sometimes!

Hello.

This engine absolutly M13A type. (1328ccm). But has got a little modification.

I removed the noise filter box . ( little black box in front of the air filter box)

In this way the sound is powerful and take breath easily.
