In my opinion Americans its better to fight it,the fines will either be reduced to keep the flow of people in and out or the system will collapse,the reality is small courts cant support disputes in great quantities they wouldn't have enough time for 40 trials.Im in the same process and willing to go to the district or supreme court,30 in a 25 mph in not dangerous and since their are no injuries according to state law their is no punishment ,those radars must be calibrated daily,gps once annual

Judge is being charged with misconduct. I would have placed him under citizens arrest for intimidation , then he can argue in court ... the attorneys involved in the courtroom should all be disbarred
