this kinda footage makes for amazing stock footage, anyone can fake outfits & video effects, even scenery with green screen, but to have genuine footage of somewere from days gone by, it just rocks :D
nteresting to seet he fashion of that period, and to think these people are in their 80's now, if they are still around that is.life looked a little grim too, I noticed one guy had a teddy boy coat on. thank you that was an historic record, where did you get hold of it, not many home cine strips are still around, why , if it ids yours do you not offer it to the museaum in liverpool , I would think they would restore

the dapper looking fella in the shirt and tie near the van, on around 30seconds to a minute, is my Dad!
He was 18 when this was shot. His brother, my Uncle John, is in the van!
