SCOTUS ruling was great. I _LOVED_ scalia's quote where he said that playing Mortal Kombat gets the same protection as reading the Divine Comedy. Leave it up to the private sector to police it. Boycott stores that sell M games to kids without their parents permission, etc.. Eventually publishers will stop selling to those stores too and we'll end up with the same system we have for the movies. Rating is totally voluntary but if you want it distributed then you gotta get it rated.
Those hackers need to respect disclosure rules. Yes - hack the hell of websites but when you find a vulnerability, tell the operators and tell them they have 60 days to respond or you go public. Frankly if my bank has a security problem, I'd like some hackers to tell me, especially if the bank refuses to fix the bug.
