This was recorded from a set during the Wordless Music series, and it's always well-noted that churches have wonderful acoustics. Not believing in conventional or subscription religions myself, I still find myself in them now and then.

The most entertaining thing about any bird video is the arguing back and forth about how bad bird's videos are. The videos aren't bad except for all the people in them. The music is a term used loosely in this case, I agree with all the cons about this, I can't find anything of any value whatsoever.

Andrew Bird seems like a really sad loser that can't do anything but inflict his meaningless moanings on those useless instruments and doing it in a really pretentious way: swaying needlessly and closing his eyes in a soulfull way doesn't, or shouldn't fool anybody, although I guess there are a lot of fools out there ready to take and swallow any kind of bait.
If you really don't like him as much as you say you do than why do you keep coming back to his site. Regardless of wheather or not you enjoy his music, you would have to be blind to not see the years of professional training that went in to his work.

Bird's whole repertoire is a sound check ! Sounds like sound check throughout the whole video. It's not my problem, bird is tone-deaf and unlike Pete Townsend, has no talent. All his double-stops (2 notes played simultaneously) like a chord, those are all out of tune. And not just a little.

I clearly defined what bird is: ugly and spindly and followed that with the comment that most women don't like that in a man. Then I carried on with the qualities some women have told me they do like such as ' a bit of rough, which is a manly attribute that bird doesn't have. There I've re-capped it saying exactly what I said before slightly re-worded.

Also, bird is his own downfall you will witness. His little niche (or nest) of fans is quickly running out of favour with him and HE is quickly running out of steam. I don't spend my days loathing, bird fans spend THEIR days losing their taste. Bird can play the violin to a certain degree and he should stay away from guitar until he can reasonably play. But that violin of his doesn't cut it in pop music. Better if he played for free to invalids. Oh..he's doing that already.

Bird's whole repertoire is a sound check ! Sounds like sound check throughout the whole video. It's not my problem, bird is tone-deaf and unlike Pete Townsend, has no talent. All his double-stops (2 notes played simultaneously) like a chord, those are all out of tune. And not just a little.
