  • at 0:40 look at the right video and you can see a face in the water

  • I cant find a download button on the site how do I get this awsome vid

  • 0:08 is that the toungethings from Half-Life 2? :O

  • what about recording 1080i? O:

  • we can do 1080P at 1000 FPS. or 720P at 7000 FPS but they are much more expencive cameras that we rent for projects.

  • no, i mean... recording an i signal on the screen with the camera lol

  • we will lok at that one.

  • thanks :3

  • Excellent video, love the ripples along the column when a drop detaches from it :)

At 1:30, the little water drop seemed to just hang at the surface of the water (perhaps due to surface tension) and then it seemed to burst. I would've loved to see that in greater detail, but it was a little off screen.

  • we will do more to get the surface tension. These are some of the best shots we have in the Macro world. We will do a lot more to capture all sides of a small drop in motion.

    Enjoy

  • Water always looks so amazing when you slow it right down, excellent work - 10/10

  • Cool...Dunno if this would work..but i'd like to see a close up of someone clicking their fingers in slow mo. Dunno if it would be good or not?

    Lol

  • great vid

  • nice !!!!!! WOOOOO I WANT TO TOUCH IT!! XD

  • nice

  • ok well, I'm fkn thirsty

  • I came

  • BRAVO

  • I think you should lessen the use of split screens... maybe show a long clip in full video, then do a split screen recap.... because putting this in fullscreen sin't worth it if it doesn't fill the screen...

just a suggestion...... I've been watching your videos and I'm getting tired of the split screens... :D

  • They cant do full screen enless its under like 1000frames per sec. (I think)

  • the faster the frame rate the smaller the video window it records in. if they made it full screen it would be blurry. and what would the point of the video be then?

to watch somethin blurry and slow? why not get it done quick at normal speed if its that blurry.

thats why they arent fullscreen =] hope it helps

  • oohhhh, ic ic thanks that helps..... because I kept wondering why he kept on using split screens...... so yeah, now I know

  • Thank you that is exactly right. I have also posted this clip as two single clips in a row. Let me know what you think of it this way. There is a YouTube bug that prevents it from showing up as a new clip. I hope they fix it soon.

    Enjoy

  • Wow, wow, wow! The detail is intense, super awesome!

  • it looks similar to when i lay a brick.

  • this is the first video my computer will actauly play in HD without lag, and this is AMAZING

  • do catching swine flu in slow motion :)

  • looooool

  • lol.....

  • sick

  • Comment removed

  • no he user a low speed camera LOL !!!

  • 0:52 reflection in droplet win!

  • wat is it?

  • I think it's the framework that holds the camera steady :)

  • Cool

  • I love watching these but i'm getting tired of the millions of angles in each video its hard to focus on just one

  • I completely agree, i would rather sit for 8 mins watching a video from one good angle than 3 mins watching it from 6

  • We will try it again. the last time we asked everyone to comment they overwelmingly chose the more in one shot rather than a long clip. the image will not get better but we will keep in an HD wrapper and try longer one image at a time. Lets see which one people want.

  • I admit it'll be impossible to please everyone, maybe alternate bewteen split screen and long video?

  • Much more than you could ever know. The render times are also very large. We have had our computer tied up rerendering the one clip for nearly 3 hours. There is so much to see in this clip that I think the singles work. So enjoy this one and we will see about others. ;)

  • This is amazing!!!!! Is the program you use to render these videos compatible with Nvidia's Cuda or ATI's Stream? I would think it would go a lot faster with a nice powerful video card helping out.

  • You could try having it at different angles but not at the same time. Like the first minute or so is at one angle and the next minute at another angle. People might like that :)

  • he's like a atomic bomb

  • what fps is this one?

  • probablly 5000

  • Oooops sorry it is 7000 FPS

  • omg....very very big number, and the best, it is in hd, how much does one camera like this cost?(this one)

  • cool

  • lol how many water vids u guys got now? like 100?

  • And every one is different.
