It seems Vishal is incapable of delivering a message which is clear and concise. He talks about "Design Thinking" in which software is created with customers in mind - which begs the question who were they designing it for before. His definition of time less software keeps on changing every few months. SAP is not known for its clarity and a chaotic organisation with 2 CEOs and a thousand Exec VPs , he as a CTO, has an opportunity here to engage clearly and concisely with SAP's audience.
