basically, a plant will produce seeds if its female and gets fertilised (which it needs male plants for). When that happens, the weed loses a lot of its psychoactive power but you grow more seeds.

What you need to do, is grow feminised seeds away from the male plants to get proper strong buds = the best weed wont contain seeds.
