No, it works without the arm module. I always have bare hands on Alisa, and it works.

Well, her item move may not be the best but still, she has her most unique move: The one where she places her head in the opponent's hand and it explodes, then pops back on her shoulders. Plus, she has chainsaws. I can't wait to play as her, a very "high-tech" and innovative character : )
