chief,you need to get an engineer to asses how much damage is done..then you may get onto the builder or manufacturer after the meeting with the engineer and highlight to them your concerns.Someone has been negligent towards their duties..did you have your own engineer to inspect it before you signed contracts?
hello,i just bought a brand new home 8 months ago and i just went in the attic today and seen a couple of mine like this but not as bad what should i do? i also noticed there are no joist hangers up there either is that bad?
