Ok I don't agree with the Miranda Rights being revoked,but the DNA thing I agree with.What is wrong with it?If your DNA is present during a crime,what is there to fear?If you ask me prisons are way too cushy.People have nothing to fear,if they are struggling paying bills,living,etc.Free rent,cooked meals,recreation,etc. Maybe now a would-be murderer won't act if he knows his DNA is on file.Actually I think everyones DNA should be on file.Alot of crime could be deterred.

The case was about whether or not you can validly waive your rights under the sixth amendment(Miranda) after you have already been appointed or requested counsel and whether a court appointed counsel without your request holds the same as if you requested counsel. The bottom line is he was looking for carte blanche protection from himself through the sixth amendment. The court said no, if you waive your rights with or without counsel present you do so at your own peril. Bermas is an ass.

Big fucking deal. He chose to speak with investigators, he waived his Miranda right to have counsel present. Then when he gets convicted he wants to declare he was entitled to counsel even though he waived his rights on the isssue after already being appointed counsel. Basically, Miranda read, waivers his right, murder weapon in a lake somewhere, writes letter of apology to victims family, gets convicted on that evidence, cries because he told the truth.

Before this ruling a policeman didn't HAVE to read you Miranda Rights when asking you questions.
You would still have the right to remain silent. Anything you say IS used against you so it behooves you to say NOTHING. Period.
They CANNOT force you to speak.
Finally, Law Enforcement can legally LIE in order to obtain information from you.

I can agree that in some extreme circumstances such technicalities should be exempt from defense. However, like most other laws that are written vaguely, and are often construed over time, I have no reason to believe that this one won't be.
If you research the history of the world, beyond what is taught in a class room, you should know the NWO is real. This isn't entirely the ranting of a lunatic; but only your own research can make you aware to the truth.
