Those who are for Cap & Trade... I think it might be important for you to read the bill. Further, that you should read our Constitution, Our Bill of Rights and the amendments to the Constitution. Nothing has changed - we are the people and we are the government. We are speaking against the decisions of our Representatives - not just Congressman Boswell, but all of our representatives - House and Senate. Boswell's office reported that they received hundreds if not thousands of calls on Cap and Trade, the vast majority of which were encouraging him to vote No. He doesn't care to represent his constituents. That is obvious.

I too called and the person who answered the phone, after taking my name/address, said something like "ok, to verify, you want me to tell Mr. Boswell you are against cap & trade?" I NEVER told her that. I then asked, how are the calls going today. "They're almost ALL against cap & trade." This person sounded utterly defeated.

Thank God Boswell voted for the American Clean Energy and Security act! This is the first comprehensive energy and climate plan since the Carter administration, and the vast majority of the American people wants global warming to be addressed through government action. Those who take their marching orders from Limbaugh, Beck, and O'Reilly don't know a damn thing about how energy or climate works and deserve to be treated as such.
