This video (and the other that is the precursor to them butchering the carcass), shows a safe and humane way of killing and preparing meat. They quickly killed the sheep, and it's obvious that the animal lived a relatively safe and wholesome life before it was killed. It seems to me that these folks raised the animal themselves so they most likely provided it with proper care and sustenance. Of course these are assumptions, but it's much better than conditions of a slaughterhouse in the U.S.
