i don't think that Christians are sending anyone to hell. We are saying that people choose hell when they choose not to believe that Jesus died for their sins. Jesus Himself said that he was the ONLY way to heaven and that is pretty divisive. however just because you don't believe in what the Bible says and i do doesn't mean that i am forcing my beliefs on you. Well i don't know about you guys but I KNOW that there is a God and who He is because of what he has done for me and I watched my dead mother be revived purely by faith in prayer. I have seen and felt him and KNOW that He is there. The devil's greatest accomplishment was convincing men that he does not exist as well as God. I truly pray for all of you who do not believe in Him.

@HoboHero13 Sometime simpler is better. The point of worship is to give glory to God not ourselves. So many times we got caught up in the production of worship that we forget who we are worshiping. This last week I did a last minute change and did everything unplugged just acoustic guitar in a worship circle because God was telling me too. It was very basic and simple but it was probably the most intimate worship we had in a while.

@HoboHero13 I think your missing the entire point my friend. Christian music isn't a genre for Christians to listen to. It's worship and giving praise to God. Once the focus becomes off God onto something else such as the music or a person it has now become a performance and idolatry.
Personally, Im not just gonna base it all on the Bible. I dont mean to sound blasphemous (cos i dont intend to sound that way). But I really do believe in God and i know he watches over us, but studying the Bible and making it the bases of everything, in my opinion, isn't enough to say who God really is. Yall dont have to take what i said, for it may actually just be rubbish, but as long as I live, the best thing i can tell anyone is this. God is my God, and nothing's gonna change that.

When God made us, he told us there was a right and a wrong way to live...that's why there are morals and consequences for our actions (good and the bad). Unfortunately (and I speak for myself here) that we usually stumble along the wrong path...and when we do, we suffer. But Christ died for us, so that when we when suffer, its an example of what Christ went through for us. From a logical perspective you won't find many answers because Christianity is not based just upon logic
@EmoLoverRyan if you are having trouble, there is a simple solution, ask, ask god to show himself to you, he may not show up phisicaly (he just might) , but trust me, he'll show himself to you, i know, i doubted too, not anymore though, lol

@mzpes No offence, but what does praying actually do for a person? i mean, think about it, i could sit here for hours.. days.. months on end praying that nothing bad will ever happen to my loved ones and if there really was an almighty, all powerful god that listened to my prayers would he not hear my prayers and do something about them? no he wouldnt people stil suffer, are still hurt no matter how much a person prays... and what else is there to pray for?

Jesus is God. So God takes on the form of a man. It is written that all the heavens cannot contain Him, so to be limited to mans form, He would indeed need to humble Himself. All mankind is indeed equal in the sight of God. Judaism and Christianity are about the plan God has to redeem people to Himself - post mankind breaking it's agreement with it's creator. As for peace - those of us who have come to know Him have peace - that passes understanding.

I think the book the Case for Faith included a chapter on suffering that can better explain it than I ever could. Saw your other comment. God did tell Noah to leave the ark open for seven days should anyone choose to join him; they all laughed at him. If you mean the animals then I have no idea. That's just it, though. Multidues of reasons as there are multitudes of contexts - some because I necessarily need to have the consequence of my choices - some because He will use the circumstances to draw men to Him through them. More importantly, I need to not worry about the why and draw closer to the who.

i don't think that Christians are sending anyone to hell. We are saying that people choose hell when they choose not to believe that Jesus died for their sins. Jesus Himself said that he was the ONLY way to heaven and that is pretty divisive. however just because you don't believe in what the Bible says and i do doesn't mean that i am forcing my beliefs on you. @HoboHero13 Sometime simpler is better. The point of worship is to give glory to God not ourselves. So many times we got caught up in the production of worship that we forget who we are worshiping. This last week I did a last minute change and did everything unplugged just acoustic guitar in a worship circle because God was telling me too. It was very basic and simple but it was probably the most intimate worship we had in a while.

But I really do believe in God and i know he watches over us, but studying the Bible and making it the bases of everything, in my opinion, isn't enough to say who God really is. When God made us, he told us there was a right and a wrong way to live...that's why there are morals and consequences for our actions (good and the bad). Unfortunately (and I speak for myself here) that we usually stumble along the wrong path...and when we do, we suffer. But Christ died for us, so that when we when suffer, its an example of what Christ went through for us. From a logical perspective you won't find many answers because Christianity is not based just upon logic

Jesus is God. So God takes on the form of a man. It is written that all the heavens cannot contain Him, so to be limited to mans form, He would indeed need to humble Himself. All mankind is indeed equal in the sight of God. Judaism and Christianity are about the plan God has to redeem people to Himself - post mankind breaking it's agreement with it's creator. As for peace - those of us who have come to know Him have peace - that passes understanding.

I think the book the Case for Faith included a chapter on suffering that can better explain it than I ever could. Saw your other comment. God did tell Noah to leave the ark open for seven days should anyone choose to join him; they all laughed at him. If you mean the animals then I have no idea. That's just it, though. @Zafrarange Your main question - why does God allow us to suffer?
Multidues of reasons as there are multitudes of contexts - some because I necessarily need to have the consequence of my choices - some because He will use the circumstances to draw men to Him through them. More importantly, I need to not worry about the why and draw closer to the who.

@Zafrarange Think of it like a computer. God is the creator and existence itself is confined to the hard drive of a computer. Why would the man who built the computer be subject to its laws or confined to the hard drive or programs?

well Jesus Christ is my strong tower and is shelter over me he is always here for me no matter what the cause.you can dig a hole 1000 miles under ground and Jesus would still know where your at.he loves you so muchh words couldnt even express how much he loves you and he will always love you reguardless of the choices you make in your life.he will always take you back and his power is more powerful than anything of this world there is no doubt in my mind about that.

I love how people are getting onto youtube to argue. This is an entertainment avenue people. Your meant to enjoy the videos You choose to watch. You leave comments to express what you thought of the video. Yes people have the right to disagree with what you say but that doesn't mean you have to start a debate about Christianity and vs non believers. You do what you do and live the way you want to live. As Christians we don't have the right to judge non believers.

I'm Catholic and I am very glad that God has spoken to me and pulled me into his road. I love God with all of my heart because He has saved me from becoming a wretch. I thank him so much. And these songs are so freakin awesome, that I cry tears of joy knowing that there's music about our Lord and Creator.

I love this video because where it says "you are my strong tower" what that means for me is that God is our strong tower and he will be there forever and ever he will never get distracted or anything he will always be strong.His mercy sets us free means to me that when we accept that he gave his only son for us we will be free from harm.shelter over me is that God will be there if we need someone.Praise God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its stories like rickybarningham that make me proud to be a Christian. It also shows that not every single person is born into Christianity. Plus I can accept everyone, as I judge man not by their color or sexuality etc etc. But by the content of their character. I don't lose any sleep for that fact either. Plus gays aren't unhappy because of me as one of the guys at my lunch table was gay and he was accepted, just like any of us. Plus I'm weird so I'll take a friendship where I can take it.XD

@Scourgeoftheearth Thank-you very much. Dan loved the Lord Jesus with all his heart , wrote he wanted to be remembered for being Christ-like. It moved me so ,after his murder, to find many writings of his love for Christ . Dan was saved.
I praise the Lord for His merices for Dan & me , his mom.
