  • Yea those exercises are def legit for burning lots of calories. Gotta remember the difference between calorie deficits and just getting effective exercises in. People who focus on calorie burning to get a deficit usually gain it all back anyways. Search "your fit assist" cuz it explains it all and the risks too. Its pretty counter intuitive

  • point is that you start burning calories after 20 minutes of run/biking/swimming so u must train for a while before u're able to resist so long... then u must perseverate for a loooong time. It's not easy!

  • for tunning use a track....my ass. get military boots, runs 50-120 minutes, find a big ass hill and start going up as fast as possible, at least 50-60 m hill min13% incline. take a 30 kg backpack and do 8km, next week 16, +2weeks 21,+2weks 51+4weeks 120km. that will get you into commando shape. of course you have to do it at least 4-5 months. and drink tons of water, at least 3 liters per day. indicator, drink until your pee is white. proven. run 1 day on and off, pushups, pullups,ropeclimbing.

    Eat very often but eat less each time. Keep eating and keep shiting, Which keeps the metabolism going 24/7 if you eat carrots before you sleep.

    Play basketball with friends, try to make 10-15 consecutive layups.

    When you sit anywhere for any reason, lean forward and rest your elbow on your knees, don't lean and rest your weight.

  • Well there is a problem with spinning. You work your body so hard that you create stress on yourself and your body forces itself to use muscle tissue for energy. So you do lose weight but you also lose muscle mass.

  • i am not 100 percent sure on what "spinning" is. but HIIT is walking for a minute and then sprinting for a minute. and i mean sprinting. yo do this for 10 minutes and youll lose the weight fast. also as you gradually go on you should increase the time. the reason this is the most effective is because it goes STRAIGHT to burning fat, you dont have to go through carbs sugars, etc. also if you watch what you eat youll be losing those pounds FAST. make sure you eat a healthy break fast. best wishes

  • Un spinning is using a stationary bicycle and it does work...I usually go slow for 2 minutes and fast for 2 minutes for an hour, taking a 2 minute break every 30 minutes...PEACE

  • I went to a nutrition talk some time ago, and we did some math on how much calories are contained in your average fast food meal, you know, fries, burger, coke, some chips when you get home. It added up to like 1400 calories or around there. So after watching this video this means one would have to do any of those things for 2 hours to burn a little meal that was consumed in 15 to 20 minutes SHIT! weeeee!

  • I try to do about 10-15 minutes on the stepper, its a good warm up, Then I hop on the treadmill for about 20 and finish up with the Bike because the bike I feel is the easiest of the 3, Either way you put it the most important factor is just to get moving :)

  • LOL that means i burnt 1,250 calories from boxing the other day, urgh no, mostly parkour/free running has to be more effective! Boxing u move more of the hips and arms than anything else and even then it comes more down to power. Expert Village come up with some stupid ideas.
