For those who have installed skype and does not have video calling option you should go into the main menu in skype (on your s2 obviously) and press the menu key->advanced setting and tick Force-enable video-calling and restart your skype and it should work

@blaquenoise the skype out now (unpatched) supports video calling so you can just download skype from android market or skype.com and your video calling should work.

hey man thanks for posting - I've installed the patched skype and I can see the video calling option but when i try to make the call the camera doesn't work, i try to activate it during the call and it seems to be trying but not succeding, sometimes it even hangs up the call - this is true when using wifi or 3g - any help would be appriciated :)

Hahahahaha, i finally figure it out how to enable video calling after installing the .apk file. You simply have to go to advance setting and check "force-enabling-video calling" and restart the skype.
