I offered lover than asking price the seller was modified to sell and accepted my offer ,.. Six months later the market started to turn the other way and I made a huge amount of money that helped my finances to grow . I am glad to see this opportunity again This will be a great year for buyers!

I agree. The market in the lower mainland has been waaaaaaaaaay over priced for the past 3-4 years.
