Aeronwen 813 This meditation is unlike that written in David R Hamilton's book 'How your mind can heal your body'. I found the distorted sound effects disturbing and they distracted from the guiding words. And please could you use the word nu-cle-us (nucleus) not nu-cu-lus for the central part of the cell!

I think there are better meditations than this.

@Aeronwen813 I This version is based on the meditation David Hamilton lead during his excellent seminar at Cardiff University; I agree that the sound is poor; I think i was trying to cover up the pops and mic rumble; I have since got the hang of recording voice overs and cleaning the signal; I will do the redo the voice over; thanks for your observations!
