  • I loved watching this before nap time as a kid! :)

  • feel free to copy of utube.. I would send you one but do not want to post email..so go ahead

  • I was at least 9 years old when these came out and I remember watching these like it was yesterday! I wish these could get released on DVD.

  • OMG I remeber these guys! And Max and Joey's Lunchbox and Face and Piper and of course Blues Clues and Dora the Explorer. And Spongebob

  • My youth is back! :D

  • I have had vague memories of this whenever I think about watching tv as a child and I couldn't find it until now. The paint one and the gardening one....it's crazy the nostalgia. I feel so relieved, but I also feel a strange sadness that I'm not a kid in my pj's watching tv anymore.

  • @darjeelingdreamss I definitely remember this, but I don't remember any PJ's

  • You are all welcome.. I think I should edit it so the time between title cards is not so long..one of these days.

  • I missed this so much! Thank you for uploading you work :3

It's a welcome blast from the past!

  • well that feels good.

  • I should mention that our films are totally made by only Paul, myself and a composer. We do not have anyone else to get in our way and that situation is very unique.

  • John Avarese was our composer at the time for all of our films and commercials. The last score he did for us was for our feature film "My Dog Tulip".

We always start with voice-overs before we animate and the composer works along side of us, refining it as we complete the drawing and painting, which is what I do.

So it is always, for us, a close working relationship. This is not common at all for most films which the composer is usually given the film to overlay music after it is complete.

  • I've been looking for these videos for so long. Brings back sweet memories. =D

For the music, did Jon Avarese make it specifically for the series, or was it from a soundtrack he made or....? The music was one of the reasons why I loved watching it.

    Thanks for uploading them!

  • I've been looking for this show for a very long time now. Thanks!!

  • The nostalgia was overwhelming.

    Thank you very much.

  • You are welcome.. I hadn't seen it in awhile myself. This was our last work we did on film and cells before completely switching an entire studio into 2 computers.

I am reassured to know that they inspired you and did not bore you.. Nick Jr. was hesitant that it was so different than the crash -bang of everything else and wouldn't go over. We proved them wrong and they didn't ask for any more after that. Go figure.

  • Thank you for uploading. I loved love loved this growing up. I remember it all so well... :)

  • Thank you so much for uploading this video! Haven't seen this in about a decade!
