  • Did You Have To Pay For Your Phone When you Claimed For A New One From Asurion

  • Asurion sent me a defective phone in Jan. 11. The Menu button stopped working and they told me that they would not process the defective phone without opening a new claim because there was a scratch on the back. This has nothing to do with the menu button. They I wrote the CEO office a letter and they all of a sudden changed their mind. To late , Verizon replaced the phone because I still had a 1 year warrantee on a phone with them. I have canceled all Asurion insurance plans.
