That depends on what interviews you've seen with Zhang Ziyi. Honestly, they have the same English-speaking abilities, but there's two distinct differences between them. Zhang Ziyi was born in the Mainland, Leong Isabella wasn't. Since Hong Kong was under British rule for quite a while, people in Hong Kong speak a lot more English in their language than the Mainland people of China do. Leong Isabella definitely has a Cantonese, Hong Kong accent.
