Seafood is something that should be kept locally.. Its fresher that way, and builds a greater respect for the quality and locality of the product. It also improves tourism and local restaurant marketability.
Direct sale from the Boat to the customer is very important for a boats profitability.
Less mark up, higher quality, better ROI for boat.
Some restaurants like the Benny Hudson Restaurant, SC have direct purchase from the large boats which is good for both customers, and fishermen. :)
