I had thought of this too, but the conclusion I came to was that it would be more productive to make a for-profit committee within the UN.  As great and altruistic as this idea is, I believe that they could be better benefited by creating an international restaurant or media organization or something. A for-profit whose main goal is to help others, not just doing it on the side like all the others. However, saying that I would like to see this idea implemented too :D Wish you the Best!
