can you please make a video next time of different thai condiments that you would normally use or would recommend like soy sauce, vinegar, yellow bean sauce and the THAI brand that you prefer using. Sometimes when i go to Asian markets, i cannot figure out which one is normally used by THAI or other chinese households coz there's so many choices nd the brands sometimes are not even in English. I wish you can find time to make such, or perhaps give us a tour of your pantry? Khob kun!
wow suay mak mak!! .. i do have a question though.. no its not are you married.. when i was in thailand pad prik was one of my favourites.. but they always cooked it with liver.. do i do the same in this video with liver instead of chicken?? cheers sawadee kup
lol when I read your name Pailin I though it said Planoi LOLz 555 Thanks I will be cooking this tonight. i didn't have prik king curry so I will use red curry with a dash of ginger in it.
I know you're not from Chiang Mai, but would it be possible to do a Khao Soi video? Went over the summer and loved it, and all other dishes I had in Thailand. Great videos btw! Khop Khun Kraaap Mak!
to nthow : How is she going to explain the cooking steps and ingredients if she doesn't talk. If it was so annoying to you then I suggest that you get a set of earplugs.
Awesome! I do almost the same thing except I add a clove of crushed garlic and some chili's that I crushed from my mortar and pestle for a bit extra flavor. Thank you for making another video!
Thanks again for taking the time to respond.. You are lovely and talented and I really enjoy learning new dishes this way. So much better than just reading a recipe. Saludos de Buenos Aires!
Great idea - will do. Thanks so much for taking the time to respond! I am going to give this one a try this weekend and I will let you know how it goes. Love your videos. I am a fan! :.)
Well, I had to replace some of the ingredients as always because it's almost impossible to find stuff like kaffir leaves in my country :/ But it still was very tasty and delicious. Hmmm.....looks like I'll have to visit Thailand in the next couple of years, only to taste all this nice stuff ....
your beautiful :)

Great looking recipe - any thing I can use to substitute for the Kaffir lime leaves? They aren't available in Buenos Aires....
benzuckerman 4 months ago
@benzuckerman Hi there, You can just grate some lime zest into it too. It should give similar "citrus" flavor. Let me know how it goes!!
