  • i voted for Obama yeahhhh!!

  • that seems about right. at first they stick with their guns. then as the experiment goes on, they start getting feeling more uneasy. then when they conform, they seem to be more relaxed.

  • Amazing, great work man!!! It is a fact to be more important being socially accepted in your environment than to be yourself.

  • The asch conformity experiment has been done many times and most of us constantly conform to the group around us.

  • It seems more important to be accepted by one's peers than to be an individual and risk rejection....

  • People tendo to laugh when they are nervous or think something is not worth their time, they want to be politically correct but don'tknow how to and resotre to laughter or absentmindedness. i really think this was a cool experiment. I wish I coudl have an excuse to getto do stuff like this, but I suppose that studying arts isn't much help. XD

  • it seems like you faked it. the participant keeps laughing. the experiment should have been conducted with strangers, those guys look like they're all friends

  • @ashie123 I really have better things to do than to fake it. I gain nothing from that. The person on the right is my friend and the other two are his cousins which are strangers to me.

  • bulshit

  • @sorinake48 The actual experiment had a participant conformity rate of 74% on at least one trial, compared to the 1% error rate of pilot trials, it would seem that group conformity did have a part to play.
