Does anybody knows what type of cell is the first one showed in the video? I'm intrigated, i can see it has blood supply because of the blood vessels, it may be an inmune cell?

I'm not sure about the cell at the very beginning (00:00-00:19). It's not an immune cell since they don't have/get their own blood supply, they are rather IN the blood flow roam free in the tissue. It might be a tumor since they tend to get vasculated when they grow bigger. Also it dies after its blood vessels are "cut off", a technique used to fight bigger tumors. But the bloodvessel coated clusters at 00:20 are probably pumonary alveoli.
