  • HK CTB BUS??

  • we had 3 in stroud depot, but only one was ever on the road, they were great buses to drive.

  • 13627 climbing ...... this bus once served the very steep Cotton Road in Hong Kong up to the mid-levels too. Very heavy duty considering the powertrain configuration compared with commuter buses.

  • These buses actually aren't so suitable on those stop-and-go commuter routes. Think what would happen if these buses went to London Transport......

  • The reversing at 1:11 characterizes German series gearing: you've got to thrash up a bit to get it going when reversing.

  • It is great that they are still in good shape.

  • I remember seeing these here in Cheltenham on the 46..ad the races buses..hence the train station and eveything..great buses

  • Burnt out by the HK people....

Back again...My hK friend is laughing!

But i like idiosycrasies....And the energy!

    Ummm i think...Not maybe!

  • so i presume they went to megabus?

how long ago were they with stagecoach west? my area, just curious lol

  • OMG they really are the old Leyland olympians from Citybus. The interior and the chairs looked exactly the same as the ones used on an 88R

  • awesome vid here.these buses sound wickked.
