  • hey at 2 min your doing pike handstands is it pure core muscle to come down into pike position cause im trying to hard to and its just not working for me i aint skinny but i have muscle haha.

    It's not only about strenght. Flexibility are also very important.

  • Nice job man! Just wanted to know how many pike presses from l-sit can you do (in a row) my best is 9. My problem in gymnastics is my body size I'm big for gymnastics (185 ibs.) lol
