This may happened:

Neo was using a star and he had a bullet, the shock was a waluigi's item. While he threw the shock, he hit something (fake box, shell), and when neo's star finished, he used his bullet bill...

But AGP knows what he saw, so if this wasn't lag, then it was hacks. And also, if he were behind the boxes and shocked right before he hit an item box, it's weird how he got a bullet that fast after shocking them. When Nintendo made this game, they should have thought about making the item boxes on the mini map visible, so it's easier to catch hackers. But I also understand why they didn't, it was to make the game more competitive. It's not like you're supposed to be prepared by help.

No hack. You can have an item quickly if you push on the button quickly. The only guy who can tell if this is hack if the guy who played with Waluigi.

Of course I know how to get items quickly, but the speed he did it was virtually impossible, especially when you look at where the item checkpoint is. I personally think that's pure hacks, but everyone has their own opinion and I don't mind that.

Hello, I'm the leader of the BZH Team and I can assure you that we do not hack. We have fired every people suspected of hacking in our team as soon as we knew it. If there is something I can't bear it's hackers as it's only a game. Neo is the one suspected by you in this video, and I can assure you he doesn't hack.

You can believe what you want, I cannot do anything to proof you but I say we are not hackers, and we hate hackers. I can understand that you have some doubts, there is so much hackers but we are not a team who wants to win absolutely, we don't mind to loose. That's our spirit and I think we are one of the best fair-play teams.

@iAGPofficial Hard for me to tell if it is hacks or not, even though it looks like it is. If it's not hacks, then there is only one way to explain it: On AGP's screen, Neo lagged past the boxes when he shocked, and could therefore not have got a new item on AGP's screen, because he already shocked after passing the item boxes, but on Neo's screen, he shocked before he hit the item boxes. But if Neo hasn't been laggy in that war, it looks more like hacks.
