actually the the kid that got the beat down jumped towards the officer. The officer doesn't have to wait to see what will happen next. The officer did what he had to do and did the right thing. You can' t have people just jump towards you like they might hit you and as an officer you do nothing. The next person may not be bluffing then you (an officer) take one on the chin or worse. No way. Nobody knows what the real story was and what trigger the policemen to be angry at him. So I could still stay that these police are still innocent until proven guilty. In the video, you can clearly see Josh put up his hand but that was AFTER he was thrown against a wall and those cops that weren't a part of the situation sure didn't waste time punching the crap out of him. All I have to say is: if you're so sure that Josh was at fault and have footage corroborating that claim, where is it? Frank Sousa is quite confident for someone who isn't trying to prove himself right.
