SG1: Broken, a Daniel Jackson Tribute

I'm not very familiar with this show but I was somewhere years ago when I saw one that impressed me a great deal. Sam has married an alien who turns out to be a bad guy (I think). It's a whole alien culture that's taken over earth and the SG team find out something bad. They've been disbanded. Does anyone know which season and epidode I'm talking about? Jack still loves Sam. @Songsmirth The episode is called 2010 from season 4. Sam's husband is a good guy who makes a bad mistake and he is human. Aliens are trying to wipe out the people of Earth but doing it in a way that they believe they are being saved. SG-1 realizes the truth and tries to fix it.

@woodstocklovesyou thats the episode called "forever in a day" where they respond to a cry for help from Kasuf. Amaunet (Sha're) Daniel can't bring himself to shoot his beloved wife, but Tel'c saves him by fatally staff-shooting her.
