@YugiDmega Lucky yes but I picture it like this. Pyramid Head symbolizes pain, suffering and dark deeds (IE James for killing his wife). Alex killed Josh (on accident of course) so Pyramid Head has no reason to attack Alex. He's just like him. (Bogeyman ending...) I think Pyramid Head attacked James because he felt guilt for killing Mary. In Homecoming, he doesn't attack Alex because he doesn't feel guilt because he's delusional.

Well this isnt a really bad spoiler cause this is like the end of the game but.Alex was in a mental hospital because josh died in an accident and snapped his neck.Which wasnt supposed to happen because alex was the sacrifice instead of josh so when josh died the "Order" got pisssed and sent all those demons to shepherds glen.Alex shepherd is not a soldier he didnt like josh cuz he got the family ring.and so on and so forth that pretty much sums it all up.
