We (my wife and I) left the church we were in a year ago for more or less these circumstances, and got connected to a church located 400 miles from where we live. We thank God that this church has now opened in the town we're in. The land is so dry here, it seems nobody wants the word of God, but we keep praying and fasting that the Lord will outpour his Spirit anew on these dead bones in the churches and in the streets, that the word of God will be heard and many will repent and be sanctified!
Christians should be open ask questions, fighting the good fight of faith, not confirmed to the things of this world. We are not insecure or sceptical! People like Paul Washer actually care about your souls, not using tricks or the latest gimmicks, stimulating your nerve endings with temporary emotional self preaching. Confronting problems is an opportunity for change and setting people free which leads to true repentance at the foot of the cross!
what he's saying is true and it happened to me in the past. I went to a retreat from a seeker sensitive movement church that preached name it and claim it the prosperity gospel. I went bcoz I thought I could learn more about God n scriptures in this event but I didnt get anything from there n was starving to death. I am a youth pastor and I desperately try to avoid this very thing he's talking about. But my philosophy is a mix. Make the most appealing youth group possible while still delivering strong teaching. I hope that the fun we have will get them in the door, while the teaching and edifying we have keeps them.

Last time I checked, to die is the opposite of eternal torment. Therefore, there are a few "classifications" of sins, BUT that does not mean that God is in the presence of them.

Now then my historically challenged friend: Not a single word or name in the Hebrew contained vowels(YHWH) so to trust the vocalisation of all other words but question YHWH is irrational. We (my wife and I) left the church we were in a year ago for more or less these circumstances, and got connected to a church located 400 miles from where we live. We thank God that this church has now opened in the town we're in. The land is so dry here, it seems nobody wants the word of God, but we keep praying and fasting that the Lord will outpour his Spirit anew on these dead bones in the churches and in the streets, that the word of God will be heard and many will repent and be sanctified!

what he's saying is true and it happened to me in the past. I went to a retreat from a seeker sensitive movement church that preached name it and claim it the prosperity gospel. I went bcoz I thought I could learn more about God n scriptures in this event but I didnt get anything from there n was starving to death. All I get was man-centred gospel that feed the carnal lust of this world. I was dissappointed back then. Thx God, He pulled me out from that church =)

I am a youth pastor and I desperately try to avoid this very thing he's talking about. But my philosophy is a mix. Make the most appealing youth group possible while still delivering strong teaching. I hope that the fun we have will get them in the door, while the teaching and edifying we have keeps them.

The Catholic religion was not established by "Jesus, Peter, Paul and the other apostles" as you claim. Catholicism was the furthest thing from their message. They did not start a religion, or even affirm one. In fact, they were anti-religious. Yahushua, according to His own testimony, simply confirmed and fulfilled the Torah, Prophets, and Psalms. Most of what He taught and did, Catholics ignore or have corrupted.

I have translated the words of Ignatius, and that is not what he wrote. And he isn't a "saint," because according to Scripture, revearing someone as a saint is an abomination."Jesus" wasn't used until 1629 CE. The Saviors name is Yahushua. "Christ" doesn't appear in any of the 70 pre-Constantine MSS of the Greek Renewed Covenant. The Savior's title is Messiyah. There is no word remotely akin to "Church" in Scripture and Ignatius didn't write it.

Yahweh selected "ekklesia-called out assembly" because it is based upon the "miqra'ey-called out assemblies. "Catholic" simply meant universal; Moreover, it wasn't true at the time. There were many called-out assemblies--not one universal one. And when the universal one arrose under Constantine, Yahushua called it the "Seat of Satan, said it was "married to Lord/Ba'al," and was "dead," in his prophetic letters.

James (whose actual name is Ya'acob(translated Jacob in all cases except Yahshua's brother) spoke of the elders of Yah's family. He outlined that they knew God's name and called upon His name. By comparison, your church said:

It's too bad that you've never read it, for if you had with an open mind you would have been free of your religion and would have come to know Yahweh. God's truth is vastly superior to the church's lies. You have demonstrated the consequence of religion, in that you have shown that you are currently incapable of making a rational judgment based upon evidence and reason. Until you can deal with the fact that your religion is counter to God's Word, no one can help you, not even God.
