How to install Installous 4 to iPhone & iPod Touch

I know this might be a stupid question but does installous 4 work properly on 3.13 (7E18) firmware? because so far no app ive tried is downloading please help. (My ipod touch is first gen, not sure if that matters).

@xXS3ik0Xx do you have AppSync 4.0+ from the hackulo source? Also make sure you have the latest version of Installous
