You seem like the right person I shoudl talk with about this kind of stuff.
Just make sure you get an AMD processor, not an Intel. This is the first step for looking for top quality. Second, make sure it has an Nvidia graphics card , not ATI nor any other brand of graphics.
go to future shop , oh and the two u should get is HP or Dell they both have excellent notebooks which last 8 years + and are very fast
