putra lrt is bursting at the seams. the autopay machines seldom work, either they don't accept coins or they don't accept notes, the queues to the manual ticket counters run for miles, you have to line up for a train (typically waiting for a few trains to pass before it's your turn to board), and there are not enough of those plastic loop handles inside the trains for standing passengers to hold on to. Any improvements on the way?
