I was expecting a way better fight against Darkseid, frankly i found it shit that after a flying punch he was defeated. I get how him being a light comes in with the punch, but seriously expected a better fight. Everone says the fight against Doomsday was crap, i think this one was more though, although he did fly.
Maybe it is, but I don't find it particularly disappointing because they managed to maintain the spirit of the fight even if they didn't have the money to actually show it.
no what jor-el meant was that he always had the ability within him to fly, but it was his inability to accept who he was, and accept why he was sent to where he was, and for which purpose, ..so basically Kal-el fought it, and by accepting his destiny finally eveything came full circle, even his kryptonian clothes the red-blue-yellow, which were always part of him from season 2,..remember the birth mark Jor-el put on him!!!
